DieselLink operates as a neutral fuel sourcing platform that connects verified wholesale fuel buyers with trusted fuel suppliers in South Africa. We facilitate introductions between buyers and suppliers but do not directly sell, purchase, or handle fuel products.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a registered business entity in South Africa
• Hold a valid wholesale fuel licence where required
• Be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Minimum Order Requirements

Our platform requires a minimum order quantity of 40,000 litres per request. This ensures access to wholesale pricing from our supplier network.

5. Lead Submission

When submitting a bulk fuel request, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to make purchasing decisions for your organisation
• Your contact information may be shared with matched suppliers
• Supplier contact does not guarantee pricing or availability

6. Supplier Relationships

DieselLink does not guarantee pricing, availability, delivery times, or product quality. All transactions are conducted directly between you and the matched supplier. We are not a party to any agreement between buyers and suppliers.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

DieselLink is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Transactions between buyers and suppliers
• Fuel quality, pricing, or delivery issues
• Supplier performance or non-performance
• Accuracy of supplier information
• Any business decisions made based on our platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DieselLink website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is owned by DieselLink and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with POPIA.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
